Accompanied by the naturalist guide Vincent Blondel, discover the wild plants of the Maures massif, learn to recognise the edible specimens and understand their benefits.
During an easy walk at the foot of the Maures massif, you will learn to recognise the main plant species and their therapeutic virtues.
