Since the first harvest in 1913, the Celliers de la Crau cooperative has continued to grow, making the most of the vines that flourish in the Vallée des Maurettes to produce quality wines that regularly win medals.

THE WINES
* The white wine is essentially made from Rolle, the aromatic grape variety of Provence.

* The rosé wine is made from Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache, typical of the Côtes de Provence appellation.

* Red wines are traditionally vinified in vats. Aging in vats for 4 to 6 months refines and rounds out the fiery character of these wines. These wines are made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes, and can be aged for 3 to 5 years.
