A Commandery full of history. In 2001, Philippe Austruy passionate about wine, has perpetuated Peyrassol's history and the desire to give to this wonderful place, the means to continue to tend to perfection. So Philippe Austruy and Alban Cacaret worked hard, planting the olive grove, restructering the wineyard and having a new and modern winery.
