A 19th century seaside resort. Bombed by the Allies in 1944 and rebuilt between 1950 and 1953 by Fernand Pouillon, the hamlet of Les Sablettes offers visitors an exceptional view of Cap Sicié and the Deux Frères.
This hamlet is also a showcase for many works of art by important XX century artists (Jean AMADO, Philippe SOURDIVE, Louis ARNAUD, Carlos FERNANDEZ...).
In 2004, the district of Les Sablettes and the Villa Sylvacanne were awarded the 20th Century Heritage label by the Ministry of Culture.
