> ACCESS
Drive along the seafront towards Agay. At the Agay roundabout, follow the signs for "Massif de l'Estérel". Continue for 1 km and turn right onto the small road signposted "Massif de l'Estérel". Then follow the signs for "Pic de l'Ours" for 6 km and park at the Sainte-Baume car park.

> ITINERARY
Climb the staircase leading to the chapel in the rock. Follow the path to the fountain (drinking spring water). Take the footpath on the right for 50 m, then take the path that climbs up on the left.
Continue for 800 m to the next junction. Don't turn left, but continue straight on towards the Col du Saint-Pilon (281 m).
At the pass, turn left and then follow the path on the right, following the yellow markings until you reach the Cabrier rock pass. From here, you can see the forest road you are about to join. You arrive on the small road opposite the Rocher de Saint-Barthélemy.
Turn left onto the road and follow it for 1 km.
Then take the path on your left, downhill towards the railway line.
At the bottom of the descent, take the path up on your left, which is always marked in yellow.
If you continue along this path, you'll come across several junctions. Keep following the yellow markings, which will take you up for 3.3 km to the Cap Roux pass.
At the Col, take the path on the right for 500 m. You will come to a junction where you can turn left (round trip) to reach the viewpoint and orientation table. This will take you to a height of 453 metres. This is the opportune moment to enjoy a magnificent view of the Mediterranean, from Cannes to Cap Camarat. Go back down this part of the path.
At the crossroads, turn left and follow the yellow signposted path (do not take the blue path) back to the car park.
Note: On the way back, you can walk to the chapel of the Saint-Honorat grotto (40 minutes round trip). To do this, take the path on the left, 60 metres before the car park. This climb is not recommended if you suffer from vertigo.

Départ : Partez du parking de la Sainte-Baume et allez jusqu'à la fontaine. Un petit sentier à droite vous emmène ensuite vers le Cap Roux jusqu'à un carrefour. Ne vous dirigez pas vers le sentier se trouvant à gauche, mais continuer tout droit en direction du col du Saint-Pilon (281m).
1 - Vous tournez ensuite à gauche tout en suivant le balisage jaune jusqu'à atteindre le rocher Cabrier. De là vous apercevez en contre bas la route forestière que vous allez rejoindre.Vous arrivez sur la petite route en face du Rocher de Saint-Barthélemy.
2 - Prenez à gauche sur la route et suivez la sur une distance d'1 km.
3 - Empruntez ensuite le sentier en descente sur votre gauche en direction de la voie ferrée.
4 - En bas de la descente, prenez le chemin remontant sur votre gauche, celui-ci est balisé en jaune.
5 - En continuant sur ce chemin vous retomberez sur plusieurs intersections, continuez à suivre le balisage jaune qui vous fera remonter jusqu'au col du Cap Roux.
6 - Prenez le sentier à droite balisé en jaune et en bleu, celui-ci vous mènera à une intersection où vous pourrez tourner à gauche pour atteindre le point de vue et la table d'orientation. Vous serez ainsi à une hauteur de 453 mètres. C'est le moment de profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée, allant de Cannes jusqu'au Cap Camarat. Redescendez cette portion de chemin.
7/ A l'intersection, prenez à votre gauche tout en suivant le sentier balisé en jaune sans jamais le quitter pour rejoindre le parking de départ.
Remarque : Il est possible de se rendre jusqu'à la chapelle de la grotte Saint-Honorat. Pour ce faire, empruntez un chemin sur la gauche, 60 mètres avant le parking. Soyez prudent, cette montée n'est pas conseillée si vous avez le vertige.
> Attention ! Quelques passages aériens et sentiers dans les éboulis.
