First stop: The 100% organic Solignac estate, wine and olive oil
The Domaine de Solignac in Hyères produces not only elegant organic wines, but also top-quality olive oil.

With a deep respect for the terroir, this small, family-run operation uses traditional methods to cultivate olive trees and produce PDO “Huile d'olive de Provence bio” olive oil.

Tradition and know-how are combined to offer authentic products with subtle notes.

Second stop: “Le songe de Don Bosco” estate
The story of the estate begins in 1878, when Don Bosco, a man of faith and compassion, settled on these lands. Dedicated to young orphans and the unemployed, he created the first oratory to offer these young people training opportunities and ensure them a promising future.
