This detached holiday home is fully equipped and ready for your comfort from the moment you arrive.
We have opted for an eco-responsible attitude (a relaxation pool rather than a swimming pool), to respect the environment and reduce energy consumption (details on request).
Ideally located close to the idyllic Anses Méjean and Magaud coves (600m on foot), in the quiet, residential area of Cap Brun.

Kitchen and living room
The kitchen opens onto the south-facing lounge and living room, and is fully equipped (conventional oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, food processor, multi-cooker, Sodastream machine, crockery, glassware, kitchen utensils and table linen, etc.).
The living room has a dining table for 8 people, leather sofa, television, decorative fireplace...

Chambre Méjean :
On the ground floor, direct access to the terrace, 27m² with dressing room and bathroom (for 2 people).

Chambre Mourillon :
Upstairs, 32m² with dressing room, bathroom and toilet (sleeps 2). Large surface area to respect everyone's privacy and tranquillity.

Chambre Magaud :
Upstairs, with its own private equipped terrace, 34m² surface area, with dressing room, bathroom and toilet (sleeps 4). Large surface area to respect the privacy and tranquillity of everyone.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower (120×160), double washbasin, heated towel rail, anti-fog illuminated mirror and hairdryer.
