Aux portes du Verdon, Rians offre tous les atouts pour découvrir le Haut Var et les départements limitrophes. On peut y faire de belles balades entre champs et vignobles. A l'automne la célèbre Fête de la Courge anime le village et la région.

Presentation

Rians was formerly a lookout post for the strategic route running between the Alps and the coast. The village stands under Notre Dame de Nazareth church. The clock tower in the village centre was erected on the only remaining tower of the ancient fortified castle around which the village was built. Situated at the gateway to the Verdon Canyon, Rians is an ideal base for exploring the Upper Var area and neighbouring regions.
