30 km of swimming, 4.5 km of running between lake and mountains.
All necessary equipment must be transported by the competitors. We run with the swimming equipment and we swim with the running equipment.
The SwimRun is practiced in pairs, it reinforces the safety and creates a cohesion of team necessary to overcome the sequence of the tests.
