Come and discover the arts of well-being by participating in conferences and workshops dedicated to health and well-being!
It's now a not-to-be-missed annual event, co-organised by Christophe and Isabel from the L'Âme Joyeuse boutique in Aups and the ever-dynamic Association Animation Aupsoise.
For this 4𝓮 𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓮𝓻𝓮, nearly 40 exhibitors from wellness professionals or artisans will be presenting their services and creations related to personal development, health, and the betterment of your body, mind but also your living space.
Free workshops and conferences will take place every hour, on stage or outside.
As every year, a lottery will be held at reception, with over twenty prizes to be won each evening at closing time.
Two food trucks and a refreshment bar inside.
Admission is always free, and there will be a lottery to win one of the many prizes offered by the exhibitors.
