Young audience - "Okilélé" Theatre

How do you grow up and live when you feel rejected? Collectif Quatre Ailes has the answer in this production based on Claude Ponti's album, which tackles the difficult question of exclusion from a child's point of view.

A child goes into hiding in the basement of the family home, preoccupied and sad, without giving any explanation. To help him, his father delves into his childhood memories and tells him the story of Okilélé, a little character who used to disturb people wherever he went, but who never let himself be disturbed.
In the form of a voyage of initiation, we accompany this imaginary being who constantly reinvents himself in a world that rejects him.
By transposing Claude Ponti's album into a theatrical form combining images, object theater, puppets and video, Collectif Quatre Ailes takes the author's words and drawings and sublimates them with a touch of magic.
