The Mimosa Route is a 130km-long walk straddling the Var and Alpes-Maritimes départements. It passes through a number of charming villages, from Bormes-les-Mimoas to Grasse, via Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. All along the way, you'll discover forests of mimosa trees in bloom (and yes, they are forests, not fields!), and local craftsmen who will delight your taste buds with their delicious products!
