A tribute to architectural ceramics

A visit to the museum begins with an archaeological exhibition presenting 7,000 years of ceramic activity in the Salernes area. It continues with a reconstruction of the production lines for the famous tomettes as they were at the beginning of the 20th century. You'll find yourself at the heart of a factory at a time when Salernes was exporting its products all over the world.

You'll then discover an exceptional collection of more than 2,000 tiles decorated from the Middle Ages to the 20th century... A colourful and picturesque world where the most varied themes intertwine.
