"Friendly" is certainly the word that best describes bowling. With family or friends, it's always a good idea to come and challenge your friends and family at one of the 10 establishments in Le Var. 8, 12 or even 44 lanes at Bowling de Provence in La Garde (the largest in the PACA region) await the public in perfectly adapted spaces. So come on down like a kid in a bowling alley!
... And if you're more of a cue, carpet and diamond player, you should know that most of these venues also offer billiards tables, so you're sure to have a great time!

From Saint-Raphaël to Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, there are arcades waiting to take you back in time. Arcade games have been enjoying a revival in recent years, even among the younger generation, who are fascinated by games like Pac-Man and Street Fighter, with their 80s vibe.
If you're more interested in new technologies and the mad desire to project yourself into the future? A number of cinemas in the Var region are offering an immersive, futuristic experience. The aim is to admire, as never before, sumptuous decors or reconstitute ancestral methods to better understand local know-how. These "virtual rooms" are booming, and their flagship accessory, the VR headset, takes you wherever you want to go.

Paintball

Here, the battlefields are vast and above all varied. Aups, Cogolin, Le Val, Signes... Paintball is essentially an open-air sport that delights fans of thrills and precise shooting.
Gloves, masks, sometimes shoes and, above all, a paintball gun will be provided for a turnkey activity. These establishments are also happy to welcome groups - ideal for a team-building event, birthday party or stag party, for example. Adrenalin guaranteed! Skate-parks, bowls et pump tracks
Become the king of sliding in the Var!
Our destination has plenty to offer urban board sports fans. Do you prefer skate-parks, bowls or pump-tracks? If you don't understand the difference, these few lines should help you to see things more clearly.
The Var has a large number of facilities dedicated to acrobatics and sliding. To make the most of them, each has its own speciality:
- Skate parks: there are so many that it's impossible to list them all here. Even small towns have them. The main ones are located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, La Garde, Hyères-les-Palmiers, Toulon and Bormes-les-Mimosas, and are very popular. In the middle of town, close to nature or on the seafront, the setting can also be a factor in your choice.
- Bowls: these can be described as skate parks in the shape of rounded bowls. Like Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Ollioules has a large one in 3 parts with a curb and a high slide bar. Ideal for slide lovers!
- Pump-tracks: these closed-loop courses with bumps and banked turns can be found at Pourrières, Les Arcs-sur-Argens, Garéoult and Bagnols-en-Forêt. The dirt surface (not concreted) and obstacles make them ideal for mountain bikers and BMX riders. Inline skating, skateboarding or scootering - you just have to choose your mount
